Who we are

ICR (Thailand) Limited, 17th Floor, ITF Tower, 140/35 Silom Road, Bangkok 10500, Thailand ("ICR", "we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"). What we collect and why

• Enquiries (contact form): your title, name, company, email address and message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss providing our services. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We don't use your details for any other purpose, and we don't sell them.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. To protect the forms from spam, they use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Who receives your data

Form messages are delivered by email to ICR. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside Thailand; where they do, we rely on safeguards permitted under the PDPA.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to an engagement, in which case our client-record retention periods apply.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to receive a copy, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Write to us at the address above. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (pdpc.or.th).
